Come across a nice bounty of cash, but dont feel like investing in a your own place quite yet? A luxury apartment sounds great for you. Big, beautiful, homey, luxury pads come with what they detail “luxury” and for awesome reason. These places bring a nice price tag to match the big living setup.
Luckily, many will also match you in quality, so you can for sure stake a worthwhile investment if you make the right choice. They all come with a arrangement of features, several of which you will see described below.
Apartment features. Apartments will have giant living areas, spotless, modern aesthetics, and gorgeous looks. You will likely have a beautiful view, and walls that wont tell you of every leap your neighbor takes.
Apartment extras. Outside your own pad but inside the apartment complex is where you will get much of your apartment value. You will likely have an onsite workout facilitiy, a big pool and spa, and maybe even a cabana or two. Depending on how much you pay, you might also luck into a concierge or valet parking.
Location. Most of these luxury apartments have prime location, making everything fun just a couple steps away. This can mean adjacent bars, ballparks or other forms of fun. If youre in the center of all of it, there is a hundred percent chance that your apartment can be considered luxury, even if you live with ants. With location comes a lofty price. Add in to this the zoomed out area that you are, say Orange County, or further, California, you will find that Orange County, California apartments will run way large than anything of similarity in North Dakota.
Theres a reason the price of luxury is muttered so often. You spend a lot, but you get more back.

Best 1br luxury apartment near Beverly Hills (within a few miles) for a young professional, under $2700/mo?Hi, I just moved to the Beverly Hills area and am looking for an apartment to rent for the next year or so. I'm 28 and just moved to California by myself, so would prefer a younger crowd so I can make some friends given that I don't know anyone here.
I'm staying at the Palazzo at Park La Brea now in temp housing, which is pretty nice, but there seem to be a lot of older people here. This place runs about $2500/mo for a 1br. I also like the area here, on the Miracle Mile accross from The Grove.
I looked at Park La Brea which is next door and did not like it. I thought it felt old and dated.
I've looked at the Hillcreste also, which runs about $2700/mo for for a 1br, but I have no idea if it's a good place for someone my age.
Does anyone have a suggestion on luxury apartments within a few miles of Beverly Hills (where I work) that typically have a younger crowd living there? I need to make a decision in the next couple of days.

Fight hard, work hard, do not indulge, save every cent, don’t eat too much meat, save all money possible and send your children to good universities, make them study hard and work hard… then hopefully they will be successful and they will have luxuries………. that’s life.

We had a great time in Barcelona. I stayed at the Music Palace Apartment was ideal for our group. Its location made it easy for us to access all amenities as none of us had been to Barcelona before. I would sincerely like to recommend Rent City Apartments for all their high quality service with the booking and also during our stay everybody was so helpful. I would definitely book with them again if i ever get the chance to visit Barcelona again (hopefully soon).

Network it! Get it on realtor.com too and put an an online ad with pics in your local paper. Also start your own website with pics and floor plans and amenities. That way you can have all of you online ads link directly to your website. This will make advertising cheaper in the long run for you.
