Victory Park’s Cirque Apartments set the Bar for Upscale Apartment Living

Victory Park apartments are anything but ordinary. If you are looking for excellent living in Dallas, but you don’t want the commitment involved with purchasing a home, then you may want to consider high-rise apartment living in Victory Park.

The stunning, 75-acre neighborhood of Victory Park is hip, chic and dynamic, and it is filled with enough shopping, dining, entertainment and nightlife to satisfy even the most socially forward individual. The green spaces of Victory Park, including the famed Katy Trail, provide a peaceful oasis, while the outstanding location allows professionals to get in and around the city in no time.

Victory Park is located near many progressive district of Dallas, including Uptown, the Design District, the Central Business District and, of course, downtown Dallas. The DART commuter rail station and the Trinity Railway Express connect Victory Park to both Dallas and Fort Worth, making it a popular choice for city professionals.

With all that Victory Park has to offer, it certainly comes as no surprise that this dynamic area of Dallas also offers some of the most luxurious residences. High-rise living here is highly sought after, and Victory Park apartments are often just as upscale as the condominiums found here. Cirque, for example, offers truly luxurious apartment living for only the most discriminating residents.

Striking Façade and Beautifully Designed Interiors

The beautiful, aesthetically pleasing building with a unique, glass façade that highlights the surrounding views is just the beginning of what Cirque has to offer its residents. An excellent, urban location in one of the most highly desired areas of Dallas is the first thing that attracts renters to Cirque, but it’s surely the beautiful residences and the upscale amenities and services that keep them here.

Upscale Amenities and Services

High design is everywhere you look at the Cirque; beautifully designed and appointed common areas speak of the luxury that awaits at Cirque. Amenities are outstanding and varied, as they include concierge service, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a clubhouse, a business center, a door attendant, and on-site management.

The 25,000-square-foot urban rooftop garden boasts a swimming pool, an aerobics area, a sundeck, a fire pit and a generous number of seating areas and relaxing water features.

Cirque also offers short-term leases, which suits many traveling business professionals, or those who simply don’t like a long-term commitment.

Each apartment home of Cirque includes air conditioning, a balcony, ceiling fans, a dishwasher and microwave, spacious closets, a washer and dryer and, of course, fabulous views of the Dallas skyline. Homes of Cirque also include the finest amenities, including spa-inspired bathrooms, gourmet kitchens with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, hardwood and natural stone flooring, and private parking with controlled entry access.

The striking design of Cirque is accented by the multi-colored façade that is back lit at night, complimenting the other architecture of Victory Park.

Cirque stands 310 feet tall and features 28 stories and 265 apartment units that are each approximately 1,150 square feet in size.

Help answer the question about luxury apartment living

Where are the East Village luxury apartment buildings?
I'm currently living in an average EV walk-up. I'd like to step it up and move into a nicer building with perks like laundry, dishwasher, new windows, more security. I've popped into a few new buildings, but most seem to be condos.

Please advise any nice buildings. I'm into East Village or Lower East Side, as they are hip 'hoods and not as expensive as others.

Thanks!

We have these expensive hotels and we also have people who can’t get food…
    Social inequality, in less words.

Fight hard, work hard, do not indulge, save every cent, don’t eat too much meat, save all money possible and send your children to good universities, make them study hard and work hard… then hopefully they will be successful and they will have luxuries………. that’s life.

You could try a place called The Miracle Star in Malibu, its a wonderful place to live. My cousin lives there and I believe he only pays $1,300/month. Check it out.

    Hello!

I also live in the EV right now and am having the same problem (tired of old tenements but I love the vibe of the neighborhood). Unfortunately, the cheap price of the East village and LES goes away when you start looking into doorman buildings. Since there are much, much more old school buildings than nicer ones (like in most other manhattan neighborhoods, Gramercy and Tribeca are good examples), these buildings command a much higher price. But here are some good buildings to look into:

143 Ave B (bw 9 and 10) The Christadora House (famous ppl live here so its $$$)
    245 E 11th Street (no name)
394 E 8th Street (laundry facilities, no doorman)
41 Ave B (laundry, video intercom)
    94 E 4th St (laundry, dishwasher)
280 E 2nd St – this one is rent stabilized, and has the works – laundry, fitness center, private running track, etc. I would start here to see if they have any vacancies.

Well I hope this helps!! Good luck with your search!

A million $ should get you a nice place, but not a luxury apartment. A nice spot by the sea can be rented for around $2500 – 6000$ per month.
This epartment for an instance is 2500$ a month, and what I would describe as a nice place – http://www.hascarot.com/BoardPic.asp?board=0&id=37654
Not sure what you had in mind though.

more flexibility in room design without a fixed light. they figure that you can add lighting where it is needed with table and floor lamps. i've seen a lot of apartment bedrooms without ceiling lights for the same reason. well that didn't come out sounding right, nothing meant by it though. the main thing is flexibility in furniture placement. good luck, enjoy your new place.

My guess would be that they started builting low income apartments in ALL areas of a city to redistribute po folk amoung the medium and rich folk. That way their intermingling would bring the po folk up and alleviate the problems that come with cluster slums or just poorer areas of town. I found out this works well in theory but isn't always done as in smaller towns the powers that be don't want to live too close to low income apartments
