But here are some good buildings to look into: 143 Ave B (bw 9 and 10) The Christadora House (famous ppl live here so its $$$) 245 E 11th Street (no name) 394 E 8th Street (laundry facilities, no doorman) 41 Ave B (laundry, video intercom) 94 E 4th St (laundry, dishwasher) 280 E 2nd St - this one is rent stabilized, and has the works - laundry, fitness center, private running track, etc. I would start here to see if they have any vacancies.
