Sounds like the neighborhood grouch. Take your shoes off in the house - sometimes that can make your tread heavier. That should take care of the running around and stomping complaint. The water thing could be from any one in the complex - most complex's share water pipes, and it can be very confusing on who is doing this. Your best bet is to take your concerns to the landlord before he does and state your opinion. Usually, you won't get kicked on based on hearsay like that tho. Good luck.

sounds like hes a great guy. I don't see any reason why you should leave him. And by the way most guys suck at sex by default you have to guide and teach them. The same things don't even work on different women sometimes so don't be afraid to tell him what you like. He obviously would want to please you.

Depends on the state law for consent. Could be statutory rape even with the father's consent.

And sometimes, kids are kids, and they screw up their lives no matter what you try to do. Some of them are just no-win; this is probably one. I'd get ready to be a grandparent.

Four years is nothing girl !!!
Me and my guy have 9 years between us, and we're an absolutely perfect match. Im 17, he's 26. And hardly anyone bats an eyelid at that.
It's about how well you click, and how similar your wants and needs are. It doesn't matter how old either of you are, as long as your'e at a similair mental age. As long as you guys seriously care about each other, can entertain each other, and find each other interesting then there is no issue.
Your mother is over-reacting, 4 years is nothing. She should know age is pretty irrelevant once your'e an adult.
Hope that helps

There are tons of organizations who will help people who are in your situation. If you contact any social service, they will be able to help you find a place to stay (mostly for free) and hook you up with things such as food stamps and medical insurance. If you don't know where to start, a great place to start is your school counselor. She will have all the local places to contact (I'm in education, and have helped many families contact these agencies to help them.) I hope this helps.
