Take your shoes off in the house - sometimes that can make your tread heavier. That should take care of the running around and stomping complaint. The water thing could be from any one in the complex - most complex's share water pipes, and it can be very confusing on who is doing this. Your best bet is to take your concerns to the landlord before he does and state your opinion. Usually, you won't get kicked on based on hearsay like that tho. Good luck.
